David Chaves, de la firma ELECTROPAR quien en el marco de esta capacitaci\u00f3n desarroll\u00f3 temas como: Concepto de protecciones el\u00e9ctricas. Fen\u00f3meno de sobretensi\u00f3n. Sobretensiones transitorias. Descargas atmosf\u00e9ricas.
