Riesgos, Contingencias e Impactos al Sistema de Transmisi\u00f3n y Distribuci\u00f3n de la ANDE y del Paraguay\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>el martes 18 de julio a las 18:00 en el Sal\u00f3n Auditorio del Edificio \u201cEnzo Debernardi\u201d de la Instituci\u00f3n.<!--more-->\nLos fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos extremos pueden tener consecuencias muy negativas para el ambiente y la sociedad. Evaluar modelos de predicciones\u00a0actuales bajo un clima ca\u00f3tico \u00a0y no lineal son insuficiente para obtener firmes proyecciones sobre sus comportamientos. El trabajo, enfocado de manera inusual hacia temas de la ingenier\u00eda estructural, expone y cita las vulnerabilidades del Sistema de Transmisi\u00f3n y Distribuci\u00f3n de la ANDE, ante la existencia en el pa\u00eds de pasillos o rutas naturales con alt\u00edsimas probabilidades para la madures y desarrollo tornados y tormentas el\u00e9ctricas severas. La investigaci\u00f3n se halla apoyada bajo una base datos de descargas atmosf\u00e9ricas (1997-2016) prove\u00eddos por el sat\u00e9lite<em> \u201cTRMM\u201d<\/em> (Tropical Rainfall Measuring\u00a0Mission) \/ NASA (EEUU) y NASDA (Jap\u00f3n) \/ e hist\u00f3ricos de quemas de equipos y ca\u00eddas de torres de alta tensi\u00f3n de la ANDE ocurridos durante eventos climatol\u00f3gicos severos.\nEl evento es organizado por el Departamento de Electricidad de la Instituci\u00f3n y esta dirigido a estudiantes, docentes y al p\u00fablico en gral.
