La publicaci\u00f3n se ha realizado en el marco del proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n 14-INV-096 denominado<strong><em> \u00ab<span lang=\"ES\">An\u00e1lisis, dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de nuevos sistemas de compensaci\u00f3n basados en filtros activos para la mejora de la calidad de la potencia el\u00e9ctrica\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/strong> y es\u00a0financiado por el CONACYT.<!--more-->\n\n\n<blockquote>Pacher, J. (Art\u00edculo publicado).<\/blockquote>\n\n\nEl mismo fue realizado por los docentes investigadores MSc. Ing. Julio Pacher, Prof. Dr. Jorge E. Rodas Ben\u00edtez, Prof. Dr. Ra\u00fal Gregor, MSc. Ing. Alfredo Renault y el MSc. Ing. Leonardo Comparatore, todos adscritos al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ing.una.py\/?page_id=18303\">Laboratorio de Sistemas de Potencia y Control (LSPyC)<\/a>, dependiente de la Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de la FIUNA. Asimismo, el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n publicado cont\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Prof. Dr. Marco Rivera perteneciente a la Universidad de Talca (Chile).\nEl principal aporte de este trabajo ha sido el an\u00e1lisis te\u00f3rico y experimental de un nuevo semiconductor de potencia basado en tecnolog\u00eda de carburo de silicio (SiC).
