Los autores del mencionado art\u00edculo son: el MSc. Edgar Maqueda, el Prof. Dr. Jorge Esteban Rodas Ben\u00edtez, el MSc. Sergio Toledo, el MSc. David Caballero, el MSc. Federico Gavil\u00e1n y el Prof. Dr. Ra\u00fal Gregor.<!--more-->\nEl trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n publicado propone un dise\u00f1o electr\u00f3nico novedoso aplicado al interruptor de potencia bidireccional (Bi-Sw) basado en la tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n de semiconductores de potencia de carburo de silicio (SiC-MOSFET). Los Bi-Sw son dispositivos fundamentales que encuentran aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas en implementaci\u00f3n de convertidores electr\u00f3nicos de potencia, utilizados con frecuencia en el sector industrial. Por otro lado, estos convertidores se utilizan como interfaz entre la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica utilizando fuentes de energ\u00edas renovables (e\u00f3lica y solar fotovoltaica) y la interconexi\u00f3n a red (Generaci\u00f3n Distribuida) y\/o en aplicaciones sobre cargas aisladas.\nEsta investigaci\u00f3n forma parte del desarrollo del proyecto denominado <em>\u201cDesarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas topolog\u00edas de convertidores para la interconexi\u00f3n a red de sistemas de generaci\u00f3n basados en Energ\u00edas Renovables\u201d<\/em> (14-INV-097), financiado por el Consejo Nacional de Ciencias y Tecnolog\u00edas (CONACYT).
