Enzo Debernardi\u00bb<\/strong> de la Instituci\u00f3n.\u00a0 \u00a0 <!--more-->\nLa <strong>Tecnolog\u00eda LIDAR<\/strong> son las siglas en Ingl\u00e9s de <em>Light Detection and Ranging o Laser Imaging Detection and Ranging,<\/em> el cual es un sistema de medici\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n de objetos mediante l\u00e1ser. Son bastante habituales en trabajos de Topograf\u00eda, Geolog\u00eda, Arquitectura e Ingenier\u00eda civil.\u00a0 <strong>GIS<\/strong>, es un sistema que integra tecnolog\u00eda inform\u00e1tica, personas e informaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, y cuya principal funci\u00f3n es capturar, analizar, almacenar, editar y representar datos georreferenciados.\nLas<strong> Estaciones permanentes una red GNSS<\/strong> de estaciones permanentes es un conjunto de receptores GNSS que, cumpliendo una serie de requisitos, est\u00e1n instalados de forma fija en unos puntos de coordenadas conocidas, y realizan observaci\u00f3n de forma continuada a los sat\u00e9lites. Est\u00e1n conectados a una red, y \u00e9sta, a partir de un determinado software, da servicios en tiempo diferido o en tiempo real, poniendo a disposici\u00f3n sus productos, ya sean datos brutos o tratados. Estas redes de estaciones permanentes han generado un nuevo concepto de redes geod\u00e9sicas, por estar de forma continua en observaci\u00f3n y ligadas a marcos de referencia normalizados y globales definen las denominadas redes activas, y se ha dejado el t\u00e9rmino de redes pasivas a las redes amojonadas con v\u00e9rtices geod\u00e9sicos.\nEstar\u00e1n con disertantes los <strong>Ingenieros Vlad Paunescu y Paulo F. Rodriguez,<\/strong> de Rumania y Portugal respectivamente.
