El\u00a0biog\u00e1s es una fuente de energ\u00eda alternativa\u00a0y renovable, el mismo se produce por un\u00a0proceso de digesti\u00f3n anaer\u00f3bica ausencia\u00a0de aire). La materia prima utilizada, son\u00a0los mismos efluentes resultantes del\u00a0proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n y envasado de la\u00a0cerveza, y la digesti\u00f3n es producida por\u00a0microorganismos metanog\u00e9nicos.
