{"id":74841,"date":"2024-12-30T13:13:26","date_gmt":"2024-12-30T16:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ing.una.py\/FIUNA3\/?p=74841"},"modified":"2024-12-30T13:14:20","modified_gmt":"2024-12-30T16:14:20","slug":"realizo-el-diseno-y-construccion-de-un-prototipo-de-auto-de-competicion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ing.una.py\/FIUNA3\/?p=74841","title":{"rendered":"Realiz\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de un prototipo de auto de competici\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>\u00abDise\u00f1o y Construcci\u00f3n de un Prototipo de Auto de Competici\u00f3n\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><b>,\u00a0<\/b>se denomina el Trabajo Final de Grado (TFG) presentado por el ahora ingeniero <strong>Roberto Adri\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez Vera,<\/strong>\u00a0como prueba final para egresar de la carrera de\u00a0<b>Ingenier\u00eda Mec\u00e1nica\u00a0<\/b>de la<b>\u00a0Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n (FIUNA).<\/b> La defensa del trabajo se realiz\u00f3 el 18 de Diciembre del 2024 en\u00a0la Instituci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el Trabajo Final de Grado presentado se realiz\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de un prototipo de auto de competici\u00f3n. Este autom\u00f3vil en particular es experimental, dise\u00f1ado para competiciones de modalidad tipo rally al m\u00e1s alto nivel. El an\u00e1lisis, dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de veh\u00edculos abarca varias ramas de la ingenier\u00eda que necesitamos hacer crecer e incentivar en nuestro pa\u00eds, esas ramas son muy interesantes porque engloba a la vez varias aristas complejas y apasionantes, incorpora partes de ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica, el\u00e9ctrica, electr\u00f3nica, de software y de seguridad aplicada al dise\u00f1o, fabricaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n. Este Proyecto es de gran inter\u00e9s desde el punto de vista innovador, ya que contribuye a la creciente tendencia de los ingenieros mec\u00e1nicos a proyectarnos hacia el desarrollo de la ingenier\u00eda automotriz en el Paraguay.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto presentado se elabor\u00f3 en varias fases, primero dise\u00f1ando la geometr\u00eda considerando espacios y distribuci\u00f3n de componentes, la selecci\u00f3n del material se adopt\u00f3 el AISI 4130 para construir el chasis tubular y el uso de materiales compuestos como fibra de vidrio y fibra de carbono para la carrocer\u00eda, en base a estos par\u00e1metros se necesitar\u00e1 de un software CAD para visualizar el dise\u00f1o y las formas, cumpliendo las exigencias de la FIA (Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Automovilismo).<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, en la fase de construcci\u00f3n se llevaron a cabo varios procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n tales como procesos de soldadura GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), cortes de chapas en pant\u00f3grafo CNC,<br \/>\nprocesos de doblado de tubos y plegado de chapas, procesos de mecanizado de piezas met\u00e1licas, procesos de moldeo y matrizado de piezas componentes de la carrocer\u00eda, durante el proceso de armado de la estructura tambi\u00e9n se proceder\u00e1 a ensamblar los otros subsistemas que acompa\u00f1an a la estructura como suspensi\u00f3n, propulsi\u00f3n
