El trabajo denominado<em> \u201cLow-Cost Autonomous Station for Particulate Matter Monitoring with Solar Energy\u201d<\/em>, presentado por la estudiante <strong>Silvia Barreto Cristaldo<\/strong> en el IEEE CHILECON 2025, forma parte de su Trabajo Final de Grado y propone una estaci\u00f3n aut\u00f3noma de monitoreo de la calidad del aire que combina sensores de bajo costo, energ\u00eda solar fotovoltaica y comunicaci\u00f3n inal\u00e1mbrica.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El equipo, conformado por la estudiante Silvia Barreto Cristaldo y los investigadores Carolina Recalde, \u00c1ngel Rinc\u00f3n, Luis Bernal y Diego Stalder, dise\u00f1\u00f3 un sistema capaz de medir en tiempo real las concentraciones de material particulado (PM\u2081, PM\u2082.\u2085, PM\u2084 y PM\u2081\u2080), as\u00ed como variables ambientales relevantes para el estudio del material particulado, tales como la temperatura y la humedad relativa, generando datos que pueden ser integrados en redes de monitoreo ambiental o utilizados en estudios de impacto urbano.<\/p>\n<p>La estaci\u00f3n fue concebida para operar de forma independiente de la red el\u00e9ctrica, permitiendo su instalaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas donde la infraestructura es limitada. Este trabajo se enmarca en el Proyecto PINV01-40 de la FIUNA, cofinanciado por el CONACYT, en el cual se realiza el an\u00e1lisis morfol\u00f3gico, estructural y qu\u00edmico del material particulado (MP10 y MP2.5).
