Asunci\u00f3n (FIUNA)<\/strong> dentro de sus l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n de Aguas Urbanas viene monitoreando la precipitaci\u00f3n y niveles en la cuenca del arroyo Mburicao desde agosto del 2025 con el objetivo comprender la relaci\u00f3n lluvia-caudal y de esta manera poder predecir el comportamiento del arroyo y emitir alertas en funci\u00f3n de las lluvias id='gallery-1-84971'>\n\t\t\t\tEstaci\u00f3n hidrom\u00e9trica FIUNA (radar y c\u00e1mara de video)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Se seleccion\u00f3 la cuenca del Mburicao ya que la misma contaba con informaci\u00f3n de los niveles para un periodo de 2 a\u00f1os (2021-2023) en el puente ubicado en la calle Emilio Castelar en las inmediaciones del colegio San Ignacio de Loyola (Estaci\u00f3n SIL). Procesando estos datos se entreno ya un modelo de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico para predecir los niveles del arroyo Mburcao, el cual esta publicado en <a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/document\/11420547\/authors#authors\">https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/document\/11420547\/authors#authors<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para el monitoreo de los niveles la FIUNA dise\u00f1o una estaci\u00f3n del tipo radar la cual se instal\u00f3 a fines de agosto del 2025 en el predio del colegio San Ignacio de Loyola la cual est\u00e1 siendo calibrada con otro sensor de nivel (piezom\u00e9trico) instalado en el arroyo.<\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda 16 de marzo del 2026 se registr\u00f3 un evento extremo de precipitaci\u00f3n con 210,8 mm en total en el d\u00eda siendo el 2do registro mayor medido en la estaci\u00f3n del Aeropuerto Silvio Pettirossi donde el r\u00e9cord es de 222 mm registrado el 25 de febrero del 2014. En la cuenca se registr\u00f3 un total de 147 mm\u00a0 en el pluvi\u00f3metro de la empresa PEISA en las inmediaciones del colegio San Crist\u00f3bal. Toda esta informaci\u00f3n y la de los dem\u00e1s eventos registrados desde agosto 2025 est\u00e1n siendo utilizados para calibrar modelos con los cuales pronosticar el nivel de arroyo en funci\u00f3n a las lluvias y de esta manera emitir alertas tempranas a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_84963\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-84963\" style=\"width: 600px\" niveles y caudales por medio de im\u00e1genes de video, actualmente estamos recopilando las im\u00e1genes de diferentes niveles para entrenar a los modelos para que en el futuro nos permitan tener el
