Este hito, enmarcado en las celebraciones por el Centenario institucional, representa una respuesta estrat\u00e9gica a la necesidad de infraestructura avanzada para la ingenier\u00eda nacional.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante el acto protocolar en el Sal\u00f3n Auditorio del CITEC, presidido por el Decano, Prof. Dr. Ing. Rub\u00e9n L\u00f3pez Santacruz, el Director del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Electr\u00f3nica y Mecatr\u00f3nica (DIEM), Prof. Dr. Ing. Ra\u00fal Gregor, comparti\u00f3 los pormenores de lo que calific\u00f3 como un \u00abdesaf\u00edo institucional\u00bb. Gregor relat\u00f3 c\u00f3mo, tras identificar la falta de infraestructura para investigaci\u00f3n a pesar del potencial industrial del pa\u00eds, se gestion\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 100.000 USD de fondos propios de la Facultad. Este presupuesto, ejecutado en un tiempo r\u00e9cord de ocho meses, permiti\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n de equipos cr\u00edticos para la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales de alto nivel cient\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>El Dr. Gregor destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s la importancia de la confianza del sector privado en la academia, mencionando la gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que permiti\u00f3 recibir una donaci\u00f3n de la empresa alemana Festo, valorada en aproximadamente 180.000 USD. Este equipamiento de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n sit\u00faa al laboratorio a la par de los mejores centros de formaci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n, asegurando que los estudiantes tengan acceso a tecnolog\u00eda de punta.<\/p>\n<h4>CITHED: El futuro de la energ\u00eda en Paraguay<\/h4>\n<p>Como parte central de las proyecciones para el nuevo siglo de la facultad, se present\u00f3 el proyecto del<strong> Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n en Tecnolog\u00edas Hidroel\u00e9ctricas y Energ\u00edas Distribuidas (CITHED)<\/strong>. Este centro, que se construir\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximamente en el predio del CITEC, se enfocar\u00e1 en tres \u00e1reas clave para el desarrollo soberano del pa\u00eds: Electromovilidad; Mini y micro centrales hidroel\u00e9ctricas; e Hidr\u00f3geno Verde, buscando capitalizar el excedente de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica de Paraguay.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva infraestructura no solo est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para la investigaci\u00f3n de grado y posgrado, sino que servir\u00e1 como un faro de inspiraci\u00f3n para los estudiantes del <strong>Instituto Paraguayo Tecnol\u00f3gico (IPT)<\/strong>, conectando su formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica temprana con los desaf\u00edos de la ingenier\u00eda del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Estas actividades, integradas en la agenda oficial del Centenario iniciada el pasado 6 de marzo, reafirman que la FIUNA no solo celebra su historia, sino que construye activamente las bases tecnol\u00f3gicas para los pr\u00f3ximos cien a\u00f1os de excelencia
