{"id":86644,"date":"2026-06-16T10:26:31","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T13:26:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ing.una.py\/FIUNA3\/?p=86644"},"modified":"2026-06-16T10:26:31","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T13:26:31","slug":"induccion-sobre-la-ley-n-7389-2024-y-uso-de-la-herramienta-the-integrity-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ing.una.py\/FIUNA3\/?p=86644","title":{"rendered":"Inducci\u00f3n sobre la Ley N\u00b0 7389\/2024, y uso de la herramienta \u201cThe Integrity App\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n (FIUNA)<\/strong> llev\u00f3 a cabo jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidas al funcionariado de la instituci\u00f3n, enfocadas en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley N\u00b0 7389\/2024 <em>\u00abQue establece el R\u00e9gimen Nacional de Integridad, Transparencia y Prevenci\u00f3n de la Corrupci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica del Paraguay\u00bb<\/em> y la implementaci\u00f3n de la herramienta\u00a0<strong>\u201cThe Integrity App\u201d<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las actividades se desarrollaron el jueves 11 de junio en turno ma\u00f1ana y turno tarde para brindar oportunidad de participaci\u00f3n a la mayor cantidad de funcionarios posible. Las mismas fueron organizadas en forma conjunta entre la\u00a0<strong>Unidad de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n (UTA)<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0<strong>Departamento de Desarrollo, Capacitaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n Administrativa\u00a0<\/strong>de la facultad.<\/p>\n<p>El eje central de los talleres consisti\u00f3 en concienciar sobre la importancia estrat\u00e9gica e institucional de adecuarse al R\u00e9gimen Nacional promulgado por la citada Ley N\u00b0 7389\/2024. Esta legislaci\u00f3n busca estandarizar las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de integridad y establecer mecanismos preventivos eficaces contra la corrupci\u00f3n en todas las dependencias del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Durante las charlas, se expuso c\u00f3mo las exigencias de este nuevo marco legal repercuten directamente en la gesti\u00f3n de la FIUNA. En ese contexto, se realiz\u00f3 una inducci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica y metodol\u00f3gica sobre el uso de\u00a0<strong>\u201cThe Integrity App\u201d<\/strong>, herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica de autodiagn\u00f3stico implementada por la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (CGR).<\/p>\n<p>Durante el desarrollo de los talleres, los funcionarios participantes accedieron de forma pr\u00e1ctica a completar el formulario en la plataforma. Asimismo, la Unidad de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n (UTA) recuerda que aquellos funcionarios que no pudieron asistir a las charlas presenciales deben igualmente ingresar a \u00abThe Integrity App\u00bb y cumplir con el procedimiento de autodiagn\u00f3stico a la brevedad.<\/p>\n<p>Esta participaci\u00f3n en la plataforma\u00a0<strong>\u00abThe Integrity App\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0es un requisito indispensable para que la FIUNA pueda consolidar sus indicadores y demostrar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones institucionales exigidas por el R\u00e9gimen Nacional ante la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del formulario que se debe completar, en la plataforma\u00a0<strong>\u00abThe Integrity App\u00bb,\u00a0<\/strong>se encuentran publicadas las principales normativas referentes a la Integridad, Transparencia y Prevenci\u00f3n de la Corrupci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica del Paraguay.<\/p>\n<div
