Julio Alcides Ben\u00edtez<\/strong>, estudiante de la <strong>Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica con \u00e9nfasis en Sistemas de Potencia y Distribuci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la <strong>Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n (FIUNA)<\/strong>, present\u00f3 el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n titulado<em> \u201cA Hybrid Optimization Framework Based on TV and Resilience for PVDG Integration and BESS Scheduling in Radial Power Systems\u201d<\/em> durante la International Conference on Environment and Electrical Engineering and Industrial and Commercial Power Systems Europe &#8211; EEEIC 2026, realizada en Lisboa, Portugal, del 29 de junio al 2 de julio de 2026.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El art\u00edculo fue desarrollado por el Ing. Julio Alcides Ben\u00edtez, el Prof. MSc. Rodney Fari\u00f1a y el Prof. Dr. David Franco, docentes de la Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica. Durante el evento se permiti\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n virtual de los expositores, el estudiante estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por el Prof. Dr. David Franco, quien particip\u00f3 en las actividades e intercambio cient\u00edfico desarrolladas en el marco de la<br \/>\nconferencia.<\/p>\n<p>EEEIC Portugal 2026 fue la 26\u00aa Conferencia Internacional sobre Medio Ambiente e Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica (IEEE &#8211; EEEIC) celebrada en el Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico de la Universidad de Lisboa, patrocinada por la secci\u00f3n de Portugal del IEEE y se centr\u00f3 en redes inteligentes y energ\u00edas. Este congreso internacional reuni\u00f3 a investigadores, acad\u00e9micos y profesionales de la industria para discutir tecnolog\u00edas energ\u00e9ticas y la sostenibilidad ambiental. El objetivo principal fue promover un foro de intercambio de experiencias y presentar soluciones para problemas actuales y futuros de los sistemas de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n forma parte de la tesis de maestr\u00eda del Ing. Ben\u00edtez y propone un marco de optimizaci\u00f3n h\u00edbrido para la integraci\u00f3n de generaci\u00f3n distribuida fotovoltaica (PVDG) y la programaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de sistemas de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda mediante bater\u00edas (BESS) en sistemas el\u00e9ctricos de distribuci\u00f3n radiales. El estudio busca contribuir al incremento de la resiliencia, la estabilidad de tensi\u00f3n y la operaci\u00f3n eficiente de las redes de distribuci\u00f3n, abordando desaf\u00edos asociados con la creciente penetraci\u00f3n de fuentes renovables.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n en la EEEIC 2026 fortalece la producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica de la Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica y consolida la presencia internacional del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Mec\u00e1nica y Electromec\u00e1nica (DIME) de la FIUNA, promoviendo la difusi\u00f3n de investigaciones desarrolladas en el programa de posgrado y el establecimiento de v\u00ednculos con la comunidad cient\u00edfica internacional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Electricidad (ANDE)<\/strong> brindaron apoyo para la participaci\u00f3n de los autores en el evento y para la publicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo cient\u00edfico, el cual ser\u00e1 incorporado posteriormente a la biblioteca digital IEEE Xplore, incrementando su visibilidad y accesibilidad dentro de la comunidad acad\u00e9mica
