Posteriormente, la <strong>Ing. Andrea Maidana<\/strong> expuso sobre las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y la estructura del Programa Trainee de Cervepar, detallando los canales de incorporaci\u00f3n y crecimiento disponibles para los futuros ingenieros. Antes de ingresar a la zona operativa, se presentaron los protocolos de seguridad industrial obligatorios y el portafolio de marcas de la firma.<\/p>\n<h4>Supervisi\u00f3n en tres ejes operativos<\/h4>\n<p>Durante el recorrido por las instalaciones, los universitarios profundizaron en tres \u00e1reas clave de la ingenier\u00eda de planta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Log\u00edstica y distribuci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Aprendieron sobre la articulaci\u00f3n de la empresa con su red de distribuidoras nacionales, el uso de sistemas de monitoreo de despachos en tiempo real y la resoluci\u00f3n de desaf\u00edos de cadena de suministro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Embotellamiento:<\/strong> Los estudiantes recorrieron la nave industrial para observar el funcionamiento de las l\u00edneas automatizadas de envasado y su organizaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan el tipo de producto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planta de efluentes:<\/strong> El equipo t\u00e9cnico de la empresa detall\u00f3 el proceso de tratamiento de aguas residuales productivas, los indicadores de calidad ambiental y las metodolog\u00edas de control implementadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vinculaci\u00f3n con el sector productivo<\/h4>\n<p>Esta experiencia permiti\u00f3 a los estudiantes contrastar los conocimientos te\u00f3ricos globales de la malla curricular con la aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en un entorno industrial de alta demanda.<br \/>\nLas autoridades de la FIUNA destacan la apertura y predisposici\u00f3n de Cervepar S.A., agradeciendo especialmente la gesti\u00f3n de Araceli Ferreira, la Ing. Andrea Maidana y los responsables de \u00e1rea, quienes hicieron posible este acercamiento directo al funcionamiento del sector socioproductivo del pa\u00eds.<br \/>\n<div
