El objetivo del foro es revisar la Perspectiva Nacional del clima y el pron\u00f3stico hidrol\u00f3gico para el per\u00edodo octubre-noviembre-diciembre de 2026 en base a los informes elaborados por las instituciones claves a nivel nacional, y consensuar ente los expertos participantes del Foro.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Dr. Andr\u00e9s Wehrle y el Doctorando Ing. Benito Pereira<\/strong>, en representaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n (FIUNA),<\/strong> realizaron la presentaci\u00f3n <em>\u201cPerspectivas hidrol\u00f3gicas de la Cuenca del r\u00edo Paraguay<\/em>\u201d la cual en conjunto con las dem\u00e1s exposiciones de las instituciones sirvieron para debatir y consensuar las perspectivas para el siguiente trimestre.
